Privacy policy

Automativ AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Automativ AI", "we"), is an AI transformation partner for growing businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you use automativai.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- How you use the site. Pages you view and buttons you click, such as booking a call or opening a question in the FAQ, measured with Google Analytics. We never send your name, email, or phone number to analytics.
- What you send us. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name and email and your answers to its booking questions: your company name, website, what the business does, and what slows your team down. If you email us, we get your message and contact details.
- Technical data needed to run the site. Your IP address and browser details are processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use them to profile you.
The site has no forms of its own, and it does not ask you for anything before you book a call.
How we use it
- To prepare for and hold the intro call you booked.
- To follow up with you about Automativ AI by email.
- To understand which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site.
- To keep the site secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who helps us run the site
We use a small number of service providers. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site.
- Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site. Its advertising features are turned off.
- Calendly handles booking when you schedule a call. Its own privacy policy applies there.
- Google Workspace handles our email.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see how people use the site. We do not use advertising cookies or ad tracking, and Google Analytics advertising features are off.
To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, use Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and emails for as long as we need them to talk with you or work with you. Ask us and we will delete them sooner, unless we are required to keep a record.
Your choices
Email gabe@automativai.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law, and we will honor them.
Security
The site runs only over HTTPS and uses strict security settings that limit what the page can load. No system is perfect. If you find a security problem, email gabe@automativai.com.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
